Shahab Papoon Founded Keyweemotion in 2019

Shahab Papoon founded Keyweemotion in 2019 to solve a problem he kept seeing: entrepreneurs who had valuable knowledge but no system for turning it into content. Keyweemotion acts as a creative director for entrepreneurs, building proven content creation systems that handle strategy, production, editing, posting, and optimization. Over 100 entrepreneurs helped, millions of views generated, and 6+ years in business.

The Company

What Is Keyweemotion?

Keyweemotion is a content systems company that serves as a creative director for entrepreneurs and personal brands. Instead of hiring separate strategists, editors, and social media managers, clients get a full content engine that covers strategy, production, editing, posting, and performance analysis.

Why Did Shahab Papoon Start Keyweemotion?

Shahab started Keyweemotion because he saw entrepreneurs struggling with content creation. They had expertise and stories worth sharing, but no system for consistently producing and distributing content. Inspired by the idea that everyone has a story worth telling, he figured it out for himself first, then started helping others.

In 2019, content creation was a different game. Editing was time-consuming, adding subtitles was a manual grind, and most entrepreneurs had no idea where to start with social media. Shahab built the systems and processes that removed those barriers, and the results spoke for themselves. Clients started referring friends and business partners, and within months, the side project became a real business.

Methodology

How Does Keyweemotion Work?

Keyweemotion works as a complete content system, not a freelance editing service. The team studies each client's audience, builds a tailored content strategy, produces the content, handles editing and posting, and adapts when platforms change their algorithms.

Shahab built the SOPs and workflows that power every stage of the process. This systemized approach allows the team to serve multiple clients without sacrificing quality. The focus is always on understanding audiences, building strategies, and showing up consistently with content that connects.

Who Runs Keyweemotion Today?

Jasmine Bahrami joined Keyweemotion in 2022 as content manager and now leads day-to-day operations. She brought structure, consistency, and attention to detail that elevated the entire operation. With Jasmine running the business, Shahab focuses on strategy, product development, and his other ventures.

Keyweemotion continues to serve clients selectively. The company operates with a team of editors and a proven system that Shahab built over years of iteration. For inquiries, visit keyweemotion.com.

Current Work

What Is Shahab Working on Now?

While Jasmine runs Keyweemotion's operations, Shahab focuses on three areas: ConnectMyTech (AI and automation consulting co-founded with Braden Wheatcroft), his role as AI & Technology Integration Specialist at RE/MAX Camosun, and completing his Master's research at Royal Roads University on AI adoption and technostress in real estate.

The lessons from building Keyweemotion over 6+ years shaped everything Shahab does today. Understanding audiences, building systems, managing teams, and showing up consistently are skills that transfer directly to AI integration, automation consulting, and academic research.
